Biography Leslie J. Levinson has served as secretary of our company since September 1999 and had previously served in such capacity from October 1990 to July 1997. Since January 2002, he has been a partner in the law firm of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, which firm serves as counsel to our company. From June 1991 until January 2002, he was a partner in the law firm of Baer Marks & Upham LLP, which firm served as counsel to our company.
